Objectives

  • Launching and developing the Chemistry for the Future Solvay Prize.
  • Bringing the Solvay's important customers together around an evening dinner.
  • Branding the Prize, as well as developing the award.
  • Managing protocol.


 

Actions


  • Development and general coordination of a bespoke event for the Solvay group.
  • Invitation of high level guests, including His Majesty the King.
  • Management of selection committee, including the Solvay Prize winner Prof Carolyn Bertozzi.
  • Logistics and administrative coordination with the venue, catering, hostesses, audiovisual setting, transportation, protocol management.
  • Set up of communication means: website, registrations, programs, placement, signposting, background videos of the jury members, the Prize.


 

Results

  • Successful edition of the Chemistry for the Future Solvay Prize.
  • Flourishing private dinner with Solvay’s client.
  • The presence of His Majesty the King.
  • Positive spin-offs by our client, attendees, speakers, Laureate, Solvay’s customers for the inspirational and organized Solvay Prize.
